Terms and Conditions for Crispoo Live Grill
Welcome to Crispoo Live Grill (crispoo.com). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and online food ordering services. By accessing our platform and placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our online services.
1. Eligibility & Account Security
- To place an online order, you must provide accurate personal details, including an active Pakistani mobile number and a precise delivery address.
- You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.
2. Menu Pricing, Items & Modifications
- All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and match our live menu opposite Sialkot International Airport.
- Prices and availability of items (such as Fire-Baked Pizzas, Thunder Zingers, Meal Boxes, or Dips) are subject to change without prior notice.
- Food Add-ons: Any extra choices made via our product add-ons selector (e.g., Extra Cheese Slice, Chicken Strips, or converting a burger into a meal) will automatically add a fixed additional charge to your total bill.
3. Online Ordering, Timings & Order Refusal
- Operating Hours: Online orders will only be processed during our active kitchen timings. If you place an order outside these hours, it will not be executed.
- Holidays: As configured in our checkout system, online ordering will be automatically disabled on national holidays or designated closed days.
- We reserve the complete right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, incorrect delivery location information, or technical errors.
4. Delivery Radius & Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Our active delivery riders operate strictly within specific Sialkot routing bounds. If your location falls outside our defined delivery zone, your order may be auto-cancelled.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): If you choose COD at checkout, you agree to pay the complete bill amount to our rider upon food drop-off. Refusing to accept a fresh, live-prepared food order at your doorstep will result in a permanent blacklisting of your mobile number and address across our platform.
5. Online Payments & Secure Transactions
- Online digital payments made via local Debit Cards, MasterCards, or JazzCash are routed securely via external merchant aggregators.
- In case of a failed transaction where the money is deducted from your bank but the order is not generated on our backend dashboard, the refund processing will follow your respective bank’s standard timeline (typically 3–7 business days).
6. Order Cancellation & Food Quality
- Because our fast food is prepared live, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are sent to our kitchen display queue.
- If you receive a damaged meal box or the wrong food item, please report it immediately to our operational desk at info@crispoo.com or call us within 15 minutes of delivery for an inspection and replacement.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the consumer protection laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Sialkot local courts.
